When you log a tip, Driver Dollars records your location to fill in the delivery address automatically.
Background location is used to track your mileage as you deliver.
Data retention
Shift, tip, and mileage records are stored on your device so you can review your earnings history. You can delete individual shifts or your full history from within the app at any time.
Advertising
Driver Dollars is supported by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect the following to serve ads:
- Device and advertising identifiers
- Approximate location, derived from IP address
- App crash and performance data
- Ad interaction and usage data
Google acts as a third-party data processor for advertising. You can review Google's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle this data.
In-app purchases
Driver Dollars offers a Remove Ads purchase, processed through our payment provider, RevenueCat. RevenueCat handles your purchase using an anonymous identifier that is not linked to your identity, and is used only to verify your purchase and unlock the feature.
Your choices
On iOS, you'll be asked whether Driver Dollars can track you across other apps and websites. If you decline, you'll still see ads — they just won't be personalized to you. You can change this at any time in your device's tracking settings.
Children's privacy
Driver Dollars is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 13.
